Our fine art prints represent a
fine balance between workmanship, archival paper and dye permanence. If
you protect these prints from direct sunlight and fluorescent lights, as
you would any fine work of art, you will receive added years of
enjoyment. We recommend immediate framing and displaying of your prints,
primarily with incandescent lighting.
30-day guarantee
If for any reason you are
not completely satisfied with your print or proof, you may return it
within 30 Days of receipt and receive a free replacement or full refund.

shipping charge, the guarantee does not cover that charge.
Traditionally, custom
prints cannot be returned. However, we understand you may have some
hesitation about ordering an item you have only seen on your monitor. We
are confident of the quality of our merchandise. So, we offer you our
100% satisfaction guarantee. Of course, as rarely happens, if your
product arrives damaged, Return it to us and we will immediately ship an
identical replacement to you at no charge.
10-year warranty
All
dye colors are subject to change depending on light time, intensity and
atmospheric conditions. If you detect significant fading in this print,
we will replace it for 1/2 the current price, for up to 10 years from
its original printing.
To return your item(s) please pack them in the original tube or box and
include the completed Return Instructions form attached to the Packing
List included with your order. Be sure to specify the reason for the
return, and what action you would like us to take: Free Replacement or
Refund.
Third Party Warranties
Products and services offered on the V I Imagery llc.
website that are provided by third parties, are offered with only the
representations and warranties that those third parties generally
provide to their customers with respect to such products and services. V
I Imagery llc. warrants that it will comply with the Purchases and
Returns Policy with respect to any products or services purchased from V
I Imagery llc., but makes no other representations or warranties
whatsoever with respect to the products or services of third parties.
Except for these limited warranties, V I Imagery llc. third party
products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available"
basis. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, V I IMAGERY
LLC. AND IT’S AFFILIATES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS OR
WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS AND
SERVICES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NO
INFRINGEMENT.
