Are all images on the site
for sale?
No, some of our images are under
license by third parties and may not be re-sold. Images that are for
sale will have a store button or add to cart button underneath them. If
you see an image that you would like to purchase but are unsure if it is
for sale, please
contact us.
Do you
offer products or services not shown on the site?
Yes, V I Imagery llc. handles many
services and stocks many images not shown here. If there is something
you are looking for but have been unable to find, please
contact us to see if it's
available.
Can I copy the images
from your site?
Absolutely Not - copying images
from this or other sites without permission, is not only a violation of
our Terms Of Use and our
Copyright Notice, But is
also a violation of the Copyright laws of the United States. If you
would like to use one of the images on this site, please
contact us to see what
arrangements can be made.
Can I sell my Art on your site?
In a word, "Maybe" - While
uploading and selling of Art on our site is not open to the general
public, we do have an
Associates Program that you may qualify for.

Artwork, Videography, Equipment, Supplies, Etc.
Do you ship to other countries?
No - V I Imagery llc. Products and
Services are currently only available in the United States and Canada.
How do I know my
order has been received?
You will receive a confirmation
E-mail within 24 hours after your order has been received. If it has
been more than 24 hours since you placed your order and you have not
received a confirmation E-mail, please
contact us.
How long will it
take to receive my order?
It depends on the Item. Most Items
from the V I Imagery store will be processed and shipped within 72
hours. However, Artwork and Images are printed on an "as ordered" basis
and may require additional time to process. Most products are shipped
USPS, Oversize or heavy items will be shipped using UPS. Shipping time
will vary depending on location. Generally products are received within
5 to 10 business days after notice of shipment.
How do I know when my
order has shipped?
After your order has been
processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation E-mail notifying
you that your order is on it's way. Please allow up to 10 business days
after receipt of this E-mail for your product to arrive. If it has been
more than 10 days, please feel free to
contact us.
What if I
have questions or problems with my order?

What are my payment options?
V I Imagery llc. proudly uses
PayPal for all order processing, PayPal currently accepts E-checks,
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please see the
PayPal site for
more details.
How will my product be shipped?
Most products are shipped USPS,
Oversize or heavy items will be shipped using UPS. Shipping time will
vary depending on location. Generally products are received within 5 to
10 business days after notice of shipment. V I Imagery does not
currently offer any expedited or specialized shipping.
How do I return a product?
In the unfortunate event that you
should need to return a product, please use the return information
enclosed in the product packaging. We strongly urge you to
contact us before returning
any products so that we may help guide you through the return process.
