| All kinds of things!
In keeping with our promise to provide a pleasant, informative,
and relaxing experience for our users, we've made a few changes.
First of all, you may have noticed that we've enhanced
the look of our web site to try to keep things fresh and
updated. But that's just the beginning.
We have completely re-designed the V I Imagery Community
Center. It's based on a new scripting language from what we've
had before, and with its new look and new content, is designed
to provide a much more pleasurable and personalized experience.
We've also added V.I.C.K.I.
The V I Imagery Community Intelligence bot. She's here to
answer any questions you may have about our site, or even if you
just need someone to chat with. She's still learning about V I
Imagery and all we have to offer, so if you come across a
question that she can't answer, please let us know so that we
may keep her updated.
And of course we've added new art, photography, and images to
our galleries.

Well, I thought I'd post another topic.
I enjoy shooting still life/macro/high key/fine art pieces.
Some things I've learned (the hard way lol). Other's I've been
lucky to ask or read about and try for myself.
I recommend using a tripod and the self-timer when attempting
macro shots and high key images in particular. If you don't have
a tripod, make due with something else that is stable and steady
such as books.
Any way to reduce camera shake will enhance the beauty of the
fine details in these shots.
Try many different angles of the same subject, you might see
something more interesting out of a different angle than you
will from the "norm".
This may be simple information and basic to some, but nobody is
born with a camera in hand so we all need to start somewhere,
right? LOL
